Pascal is widely known for his standout performances as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones, Javier Peña in Narcos, The Mandalorian in the Star Wars spinoff series, and most recently as Joel Miller in HBO’s hit adaptation of The Last of Us. There’s no official word yet on the reason for his visit—whether it’s work, vacation, or something else—but his appearance has already caused a stir among locals.
