Miley Cyrus stepped out in a totally sheer naked dress with nothing but a black thong. The dress featured a plunging neckline and a backless design. The singer is currently promoting her visual album, Something Beautiful.
Miley Cyrus has been on a tour de force of very good looks while promoting her new album, and the accompanying visual album, Something Beautiful. And her most recent look is the most naked of all. On Thursday night, Cyrus was spotted in a totally sheer black plunging dress with a high strap across her collar bone and a low-dipping back cutout.
The star wore nothing under the frock except for a matching thong that was visible under the see-through material. Miley Cyrus signs autographs in a sheer dress. Her blonde-highlighted hair was pulled into a '90s-inspired updo fastened with a claw clip. Before changing into the sheer slip, Cyrus wore a punk-rock performance look: a pair of denim cutoffs layered over fishnet stockings and styled with a beaded fringe halter top and black-and-white Christian Louboutin stiletto boots. She accessorized with black cat-eye sunglasses and a deep millennial-approved side part.

Getty Images During her appearance on the talk show, Cyrus reflected on winning her first Grammy at last year's ceremony for her hit song “Flowers." When she saw that Mariah Carey would be presenting the award, she had a good feeling. “Once I saw Mariah Carey I knew I was going to win."
“Because I had this whole idea in my mind of, like, the butterfly and that metamorphosis. And she is the butterfly," she explained. "Her [1997] album Butterfly has been such a North Star for me.
And so when I saw her I kind of knew I was going to win because that was… it was an M.C. to M.C. I knew I had to get it."
