West, now known as Ye, initially released the album only on his music streaming platform, Stem Player, in February 2022.

The music project is a sequel to Ye’s 2021 album “Donda,” Variety.com reported. Donda 2 is now available on YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and Amazon Music, Variety.com reported. The 18-song album features several music artists, including XXXTENTACION, Don Toliver, Migos, Jack Harlow, Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, and Baby Keem, Billboard.com reported.

The album’s executive producer, Rapper Future, is also featured on the project. The album’s cover image is the same as Ye’s 2021 album “Donda,” which features an image of Ye’s childhood home on fire, Billboard.com reported. Ye has recently been at the center of controversy after making offensive anti-semitic and other statements on the social media platform X.

Amid his social media rants, he released his latest album, “Bully,” on March 18 via a 45-minute music video on Apple Music and YouTube. However, he later removed the album and video, VIBE.com reported. Mosaic staff writer Vashti Harris can be reached at vharris@njadvancemedia.com.
