It’s a film that warranted longer than usual time from Akshay, and he has been completely committed to the timelines of the shoot.” Reportedly, the movie was shot in London, Jaipur, Kochi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The source revealed that Bhoot Bangla is a grand horror comedy inspired by Indian mythology. According to them, the team has filmed across both indoor sets and outdoor locations to craft a full-fledged big-screen spectacle.

The movie is slated to hit theatres on April 2, 2026.
