Wicked: For Good Soundtrack Release Date & List of Songs in It

Wicked fans are interested in knowing the prospective release date of the Wicked: For Good soundtrack and the list of songs that will be featured in it. The soundtrack for the first movie garnered widespread acclaim and won several accolades, including the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Soundtrack/Compilation Album. The Wicked: For Good Soundtrack will likely come out on November 21, 2025, the same day the movie premieres in US theaters.

Wicked, the first of the two-part film series, premiered at the State Theatre in Sydney, Australia, on November 3, 2024. The movie then debuted in U.S. theaters on November 22, 2024, and its soundtrack was released on the same day. No Good Deed Elphaba sings this song as she reflects on why her attempts to do good are often foiled. The track is about her despair and grief, and explores the character’s bitter resignation. March of the Witch Hunters Performed by an ensemble, this song is about the citizens of Oz deciding to kill Elphaba.

For Good Glinda and Elphaba perform “For Good” as a duet. The pair realizes that it is time to say goodbye to each other and reflects on how their relationship has changed over the years. Finale Glinda, Elphaba, and the ensemble sing “Finale”, the last song of the musical.

It reveals what destiny holds for various characters. Additionally, director Jon M. Chu confirmed to Vanity Fair in a new interview that For Good would feature at least two new songs.
